How we work
Our Process

Assessments
We begin by conducting assessments, in which our
team reviews and notes your existing applications
and systems. This also includes a technical roadmap
that is mapped to your business requirements
02.
Interviews
These are essentially meetings in which we have a
discussion with all relevant personnel and
stakeholders for their input on the current systems,
as well as any additional current and future
business requirements. This allows us to get firsthand experience from the people ‘on the ground’.
03.
Recommendations
Our findings and recommendations will be
documented in a report which will then be
presented. The detailed report will be a culmination
of the assessments and interviews and will
recommend multiple applications to accommodate
the business’s needs.
04.
Implementation
Once the report has been discussed and agreed, the
chosen solution will be implemented by our
experienced team of cloud engineers and solutions
architects.
